RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider buysNo doubt there will be some tax loss selling but it may not be as bad as the last couple of years.  First of all, not all miners are down.  The GDX is still up for the year so far, so as long as gold doesn't tank into year end there won't be as many tax loss candidates as 2015 at least and possibly 2016 as well.  Having said that, people who bought into the rallies earlier in the year will likely be sitting on some losers now.  Also the tax loss phenomenon is well known and much discussed lately after it was witnessed to varying degrees over the last 3 or 4 years.  We may be seeing some front running of that phenomenon now.  Don't be surprised if a rally starts earlier as well.
