Here's how i am reading this.

They are offering every share holder $24 in value for each share they have. if Aurora shares are valued at $5.30 then you'll get 4.5 shares per share of CMED. If the share price of Aurora is $24 then you'll get one share of Aurora.

The offer seems great. The only downside might be you now hold Aurora stock which may not have been a company uyou were interested in.
