This reminds me of a story my Aunt Carol told me.
She said that her parents were from Canada.
She said they moved South because they liked the wether better.
They kept moving South, the further they went the better they liked it.
When they got to San Diego, they could move no further south with going into Mexico.
So they stopped and stayed in San Diego permanently.

So perhaps, likewise, Innergex could move no further south without going into Mexico.
To a Canadian, spending the winter in San Diego would be paradise.
