SHOW ME WHERE IT SAYS THEY WILL GET 4.5 SHARES OF ACB FOR EACH CMED SHARE...

If they will be receiving 4.5 shares why did they also mention 3.74415 shares based on yesterday's close?

Don't you think that maybe the number of shares of ACB for each CMED share is dependent on the ACB share price? Considering the variable that is locked in is the price of CMED $24.
