Kind of a slick move by ACB to lock up the Golden Opportunities shares. Makes it that much easier to get this done. Without that lockup, I'd think this proposal fails, but with it in place I think it will be hard to stop. Barring someone else coming over the top, We can hope there will be some negotiation and we land on a friendly price around $30. If it happens at $24, not the end of the world, everyone will have made money, and we move on to the next one.
