Could see some new buyers near 52 week low here

Not that much downside risk left around the 30 cent level. If we can close the deal, at the agreed terms and financing, I could see a base forming followed by a slow and gradual rise. If the deal falters, we could lose another 10 to 15 cents drop from these levels.

Also, out of our control, but the market should see a correction. Some tax-loss selling and a small cap de-risking by shareholders that have had a really good run in the markets.
