You clearly haven't been here long enough then.  ISOL (FORMERLY LAGUNA!) definitely did trade like that.  I too bought at 17 and watched it ride to 42.  I had a very small position in it back then.  It then went all the way back to the 20s and stayed there for a while before drifting even lower to 13 cents or so.

Don't call someone a liar and an idiot when it's clear that you yourself have done zero research.
