They're negotiating, and if you're a shareholder, you should be applauding your management team for trying to maximize shareholder value, and get you all great returns.

This takeover will happen, and your board will recommend to take the deal, but are working toward a higher premium. Who wouldn't.

Negotiations are two parties who both want the exat same thing, and work toward that goal.
