Tell ya what Aurora.  Why don't you raise the offer to $35 instead.  That way you can REALLY blow your brains out.  ;)


Spin it how you will, but it's common place when there's any uncertainty in a deal. Take for example when Canopy made the bid for Mettrum - it was an "agreed" bid, and there was still a risk premium built in. 

There would obviously be a higher risk of this sort of deal falling through, but CMED's share price certainly isn't up 40% on its Newstrike acquisition attempt alone.
