Your right, it's NOT a good offer, you should be getting .04 or .045 CanniMed shares per Newstrike share at LEAST!!! (80 and 90 cents respectively per Newstrike share).......I don't even know why I'm sticking my nose in here, I don't own ANY of these company's! JMHO
