RE:RE:Management
RE:RE:ManagementMat-g:- After today's NR, perhaps you have a new perspective of Management's action schedule and label them accordingly. A quote from today's NR.
"Strong demand and changing dynamics has presented us with alternative upstream product opportunities to evaluate that can potentially result in optimization of flowsheet at the CPF and its operating and capital costs."
Would you like to guess how long its going to take to evaluate that. Technology is not going to wait. If the price of cobalt is going to be uneconomical for EV battery use, the next in line for cobalt demand is home-electronics & renewable energy batteries followed by steel industry. As there is an on-going market demand for cobalt, the FS should have incoporated flexiblity, enough to make provisions for that demand change event. Not wait until now to append changes to the FS. However, the changing dynamics of technology is not only battries, the other major component is the drive motor. The watt/hour of the batteries can be compensated to a certain level if the drive motor weight can be decreased and that technology is fast approaching and time to hedge now. dyodd
