RE:No crystal ball, just some thought....And let's be clear, this isn't analysis. It's complete guesswork by someone sticking their finger in the wind, which is all you have done on CRH, and happened to get lucky that the majority of CRH's shareholder base is panicked retail (something I've finally been able to confirm following the release of Q3 holdings by institutional holders, given that we now know that the largest holders like Mawer have actually been increasing their stake in the Company during the downturn).
You claim that there is too much "uncertainty" in CRH. Friend, I have no idea what to say to this. All investments are uncertain. You have to use your analytical skills to try to figure out what your best approximation of what the future cash flows of the business are, then invest accordingly.
I've asked you over and over to engage my analysis, but you clearly don't know enough to do so.
I'm curious if you're going to use those charts of yours to time when the best moment to purchase a house is. But if you're 17, as I suspect from your username, you probably have no idea what kind of financial work goes into buying a house/rental property. So best of luck to that, and leave the investing to the adults.
