I agree that this would be a great use of our AI technology....  would need more R&D  but what a great use of our technology i would be. 
we have to be carefull not to shoot at every rabbitt that comes across....   but this evaluation of the retina when people are under the influence,  would be a major positive.

i submit my candidacy for the testing for  this potential new application...   :)   :)
