"The Company has undertaken to the TSX Venture Exchange to conduct a consolidation of the Company’s Common Shares within six months of the closing date in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture."

6 months from news release (May 19, 2017) is this sunday... so ... either tonight or tomorrow, we should hear about the consolidation right?  At least that's what the company told TSX Venture Exchange according to the news report.
