RE:RE:RE:Private PlacementIt takes time to close a PP.   They have to receive the money from investors before closing.  Some have to have documents signed by there brokerage firms to have registered money transferred from their accounts.   This takes time.   The  HIVE PP was announced October 25th and closed November  14th.   I would be surprised if we don't see a minimum of 1 200 000 closed in this PP.   You had to be quick to get a piece of this deal.
