For me, I think you are far too optimistic, no one on the board or the CEO's, that is Mark/Marc or Oberman have ever acted in the interest of shareholders. And I believe that is undisputed. Why would that change?
Oberman is still an unknown, but there is every possibility that it has not changed, but it does not take a very favourable result for the price per share to go above what it is today.
