As far as I know, there will also be marijuana strains (not a technical buff, so I believe that's what they are called) that will not be made available to the general public. I would imagine these are stronger or have some sort of other medicinal benefits associated with them. Beyond that, if they prove themselves to be a viable delivery system to those in need of medical marijuana, the case might be made that they can then take over online recreational sales. This is of course wishful thinking, but that's why we're here.
