$16.58 - Should I Buy?

$16.58 - Should I Buy?Wake up people, in my opinion there's never been a better time to buy. Analysts are saying their Peers' shares are increasing because they're cutting back on expenditures in 2018, but in the same breath, singing the praises of those Peers growing their production in 2018 as a result of their increased spending in 2017? Now that makes a lot of sense, right? If you don't believe in the sector, get out of the sector. If you believe in the sector, buy.
