Anyone had contact with management here, would they be willing to sell if the price is right?

If the Chinese like a stake i wonder if the ownership structure of 
LPI owning 50%
BRZ 18%
and
private partner the remaining 32%

is not a bit complex? especially given BRZ has a carried interest to a certain extend...
