This means that an agreement has been made to produce the statements and that the OSC is satisfied with the result. I think this takes de-listing off the table.

I personally don't care about the restatement as i am most concerned about seeing the update on the mining.

i do not see what is so great about it. They are late and next week no one knows if it will be good news so why exactly are you happy about?
