We are happy becasue we think the restatement is largely backward looking and therefore unlikely to affect the mid\long term price of the stock going forward in any meaningful way. Particularly once WOL opening news is released and news releases regarding Cobalt long range sales \ contracts for plant's production start being announced.

If anything, it will provide a very short term dip and buying oppo for the adventurous, just like what occured in august when the halt trade and restatement was initially announced.

You want guarantee's , your in the wrong sector and def the wrong geography. Go invest in blue chips and leave those of us looking for bigger paydays ( and willing to occasionally suffer the consequences of the risks when it goes bad in return ) alone.

As previously posted , this is VERY much like playing hold 'em , and waiting for the river card on a near even odds draw. Make no mistake, when you invest in a mining company in the Congo, you are def gambling. If you don't have the stomach for that, go away.  For those with the stomach and who are judicious and timely about their choices and actions, the huge gains will far outweigh the massive losses.

this is exactly what i'm anticipating, a gap down because of a bad news. That is why i sold my position with no lost and i will get back in later depending on what is going on. it's Better be safe then sorry.
