I would not be concerned with the less than 0.3% alcohol content. I think that is part of the rum/amaretto/whiskey extract they use to flavour the drink.
The flavouring I would imagine comes from extracts of rum or whiskey, and this extract contains the alcohol to dissolve and bring the flavour in solution.
Even when baking, vanilla extract has alcohol. I looked up on the McCormic website for their vanilla extract. I was surprised their vanilla extract is 41% alcohol.
