RE:Just Curious If Anyone Can Answer This Question?

RE:Just Curious If Anyone Can Answer This Question?Hey pizzaman  --  imo, it comes down to 3 simple things:
1.  Market cap/sp  --  damn cheap
2.  Fundamentals  --  not reflected in sp
3.  Strategy  --  mgmt now has rollback option

Looking at just alexandria.  The o/s is a red herring that amateurs can't shake (to their detriment).  The smart money is looking at the absurdly low market cap/sp and unappreciated fundamentals.  Add the rollback option and you have a trifecta of upside potential in the offing.  And I haven't even mentioned the real probability of alexandria being bought out thanks to our highly coveted location.

Bottom-line:
The "yes" vote for consolidation has given mgmt an extremely valuable option to deftly use at their discretion.  Think of the cheap sp as an early christmas gift.  This sale won't last long, folks.   Jmvho.
