Management of CMED is in full out job protection mode. None of this is unexpected by ACB. They even mentioned this exact scenario of being ignored and going hostile in their news release. If CMED keeps this up when the formal offer comes they will be hit with lawsuits galore for subverting the interests of shareholders.
