RE:RE:RE:Management here is like watching paint dry lolBecause ACB never had a formal offer on the table thats why! Please tell me what ACB's $24 share offer actually was? Was ACB going to give CMED 3.75 per share or 4.53? 
Perhaps ACB was also in talks with HIP and we got them and now ACB is pissed and hit us with this crazy offer. And try to understand this. It does not matter who can produce the most amount of pot, the company that sells the most pot in retail stores wins market share. That's it ALL IMO!
