There was really nothing to respond to. How could the BOD respond to a vague press release that ACB put out there to negotiate in public? ACB needs to submit a firm and formal offer to which CMED's BOD can respond, and which will form the basis of negotiations. I would be shocked if this isn't happening all weekend. I'm fully confident that CMED will be gone within a week or so, to ACB or someone else. I welcome a deal with someone.....current CMED management isn't aggressive enough to compete in a dynamic, fast moving environment like this. All IMHO. GLTA.


i dont not know pal.....I think you are seriously underestimating Cmed management.....I have completed in depth dd and Cmed management has come out on top of all the others
