On the one hand we have to offer a disruptive technology,
on the other hand we have to offer a spinout (Beauce Gold Fields).

This spinout is very interesting. There seems to be a significant potential for further exploration discoveries. Geology suggest a proximate bedrock source of gold - the origin of the gold placers.
It's Permitted for Phase 1 production!
A world class research team from Quebec University, professor Marc Richer-Laflche are currently looking to find THE source of gold.
... some whisper : ... the Beauce Gold Fields' story gets better by the minute.

At the moment HPQ market cap is around a laughable15 million, not taken into account the spinout, and not even mentioning the real possibility of hitting the mother of all motherlodes.
In the latter case, Beauce Gold Fields' market cap could easily reach multiples of 15 million on its own.
