I'll take it. It may be a old rust bucket - but it's a fully permitted old rust bucket. And, the only rust bucket within hundreds of kilometers. That makes it much more than an old rust bucket. But you would need the insight to understand that.  Try getting a mill permitted these dayus and see how long that takes.... Maybe Kirkland will do just that. But I'll bet Kirkland ends up owning that old rust bucket whole or in part.
