OPEC committed to rebalancing the markets

OPEC committed to rebalancing the markets
They want to balance the market gradually with no surprises. If you listen to the Saudi Minister, the word "gradual" is used.  They won't do anything to disrupt this gradual rebalancing and they are fine with their market share.

They are #1 and #2 in all the markets they want.    They don't want to compete with the "Americas" until the rebalancing is complete and once that is done, it will be a "gradual" re-entry into the US.
For the next year, this is bullish and certainly the words and actions from OPEC shows clearly they know how to manage the world oil to prevent oil crashing.

The IPO is on track - they need to rebuild investor confidence.

I agree with traders here and on other site who say "we will never see sub $50 oil again anytime soon".
