I read that too. Thats the most important part of all this. I think people are bothered that the date is not set yet and KAT has some management issues. I dont blame then. The fundamentals are still there, glencore is heavily invested in this project, but the trust between the company and shareholdees is not there. And wont be for several months or until they abnounce the completion of ghe upgrades and the opening of the mine. I am still going long on KAT. Since cobalt is vital to the near future of transoortation its in glencores best interest to clean this mess up.
