V bottoms are rare. More often than not there is a retest of the lows.  When? thats the $100K question.

Chances are there will be a Santa Claus rally in Dec. just before Christmass. Whether ENB participates is anybody's guess. They will make announcements in mid Dec. so the price action will depend on the nature of the announcement.
