I agree that equity offerings do seem to follow these bumps, however, acst will be recieving $8 mill at signing, plus other other milestone payments exceeding $125 mill...it seems this money will be used for the regulatory process...I doubt they will need anymore $$$, and if they do it would be very little...if all goes as planned.
