RE:New reasonNobody implied it wasn't moving because of tax loss, just that the weak price is now also being affected by tax loss. Kind of double whammy. The real reason it is not is because of the massive dilution which took place over a very short period of time. Also,lots of irons in the fire but nothing really concrete in terms of definative deals.
