I am glad you realize that you are gambling. There are so many great investable drug companies out there - I have equity investments in Novo Nordisk, Allergan, Pfizer, BMY and Abbvie. Loaded up on Allergan with the recent dip - botox will never go out of fashion, Novo Nordisk will make a fortune out of the obesity epidemic. The face value of the unsecured debt is more than the overall value of the restructured company. Remember the leading drug is donnatal that is a barbiturate from the Dr Kildare era mixed with deadly nightshade..........- how much equity do you think you will be left with post restructuring - 1% if the noteholders are generous. An observation from prior restructurings - the stock price will be extremely volatile once an announcement is made. - It is a paradise for day traders and if you are agile you could do well trading the volatility - I am too old and too slow for momentum trading. If you make a killing - beers on you! Good luck and all the best...........
