I don't think it makes much difference, the Government of Canada always acts the way lawyers act and that is with extreme caution and deny ability..... we are so beaurocratic in this country I can hardly contain my contempt.   

But so be it,  another bit of consultation which will result in the same result.... Maybe a tweek or two to the legislation, but lets be happy that July 1 seems like a firm date.

Do you know that is the difference between a catfish and a lawyer....? One is a scum sucking bottom feeder and the other is a fish...
