RE:DilutionAccording to the quote page there are about 155 million shares out there. The rights work on a 1/6 basis. One right for every share owned and six rights gets one unit. Each unit is one share and one warrant exercisable at $0,20 per warrant.
Forgetting the warrants for a moment, that would add... 155 million divided by 6 for a total of 25,833,333 new sharres under the offering. This would bring the total to 180 sharpes approimately.
The warrants come into play at $0.20 or higher. If the share price is north on $0.20 I don't see too many people complaing about those warrants.
