Any day, week or month folks. According to the Whole Shore Leach Project as of September 30 was expected to start the commissioning phase at the end of October and be operational near the end of December.
Engineering projects are always late so gotta give them a grace period of 3 or so months. The next couple of days or weeks or months leading up to the news will be a rough one ride, but hold on tight if your going long, or keep buying low for the time being.
