CMED mgmt is relatively inexperienced and doesn't appear there is a lot of depth in the organization.

CMED has been in business for 15 years. 2 years ago ACB was a mining company with assests listed under the mother in laws name.

I really don't see this happening. CMED value will be recognized. Would be a great acquisition for Amazon or big pharma boys
