The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NNPC Approval looks like it imminentI wonder if the 2017 financials will show a change in how fast we are spending money.  In 2016, we burned up a ton in compensation - and then had all that dilution to recover as we had no back up plan for Liberia failing. 

We keep talking about what has to be done to maintain a Canadian listing - a consolidation to get a 5 cent share price. Couldn't Art just delist us from the TSX and put all the shares on the LSE where he doesn't have to worry about maintaining the 5 cent threshold? 

That last interview - he said he did the interview with them because it was catered to LSE investors and he said that is where the primary number of shareholders in his company were.  It sure sounded to me like he would rather just be listed there now.  Anybody have any thoughts on that?
