Interesting news story - hopefully Toby is ahead of this with some news / new development to toss out on top of the SuperCentre hopefully getting "expedited" approvals... I tried to cut and paste the full article from the VanSun, but its not allowed...

Also - interesting numbers fishbeecee... Shows we are undervalued, and when Toby factors in the new developments appreciation, I'd argue Book Value will go WAY up, making us even more undervalued...
