Disinformation Wilma. RHT was working on a shoe string budget they managed to secure a pp at 52 week high (at the time of announcement) The money will be used to accelerated roll out and secure new contracts. Unlike most pennies they are bringing in money and will be profitable soon! SP will do what sp will do but lt this is a solid play.
