RE:RE:How This May Unfold......BUYOUT SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE:RE:How This May Unfold......BUYOUT SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Oh and one more thing: People keep bringing up big pharma as if they were the saviours. Do you know what big pharma modus operandi is? Let the little guys take all the risk by investing millions. If the little guys fails, then so be it. If they succeed, then we can come in and buy them for a small portion of what they spent and all that with no risk to big pharma. Is big pharma really a hero? No way! They will rip you off!

People, I am here for a reality check and balance for these pom pom pumpers (RAH RAH RAH). Realitty is you won't make a dime here!

mmayer wrote: OMG!  You really think Big Pharma gives a heck about Thanksgiving Holiday?  Multi-million dollar deals don't take long weekends! If Big Pharma was interested, it's not a petty news release a few hours before a long weekend that would stop them !

Also, this theory of Immune caping the price is crazy! You know what's caping the price? It's penny flippers who buy 1000000 shares at 0.04$ and put them up for sale at 0.045$

You know what brings the price back down to 0.035$. It's those same penny flippers who realize after a few days of dry volume that they may as well cut their losses and sell into the bid...

Look at the chart, this company has gone nowhere for years and is still years away from any upward movement!

Now that's what MAY happen for real!

So......What if Immune comes with a deal to buy all ICO (hence the 18M USD they just raised)......Or if they buy everything but AmpB and allow that to be spunout in the spinco for old management to manage.

This is why we've seen the obvious capping......Because they can't let the share price run away in the 9th inning!

If they use the full $18M USD then that is equivalent to 22cents/share which would tell us that would be for the whole company......Maybe an offer for 15 cents/share and see what happens?
