RE:RE:Allen clearly doesnt see the SP moving upwards anytime soonDon't blame him. Imo everyone got super excited when spin out announced . Rightfully so, could be a great opportunity AND MIGHT VERY well turn out be just as good if not better than as advertised, who knows (maybe not even Allen?). Point is we expected some substance by now or further developments, contracts, partnership WITH DOLLARS ATTACHED...but nothing. How low can we go? Can't be much lower than here so if one is willing to wait wait wait, imo could be worth it...256 million and 17 million to be bought out in the next year maximum leaves a small company with still over 230 mil shares outstanding but will have what, 550,000 to a million (depending on share price which is a huge assumption) less in cash (or added debt if they use financial 8nsruments) which they already don't have the cash to burn now? Why not just pay a dividend on this new found cash? Wouldnt market like that more? Tough call.
