RE:WPM has to make consessions first,Yes it will be interesting to see if the stated bv of this company at around 90 cents US falls apart on a sale where 100 million for san dimas would barely just pay the debt.
The reason they wrote down san dimas in the first place in qtr 2 was because of proposals received by bidders according to CC. The path of least resistance is to pay off revolver or refi it and then concentrate on taxes and stream and sale of mine imo.
Part of this 1 week extension drama may be more to get mexico to participate more than negotiating sale. Hard to say. But no matter what, the process can not be viewed as too easy by most standards so comprimises look hard earned imo. I see another extension next week.
