March 9 Is The Day

March 9 Is The DayIf I am reading that PR right,  ACB will not start publically buying CMED shares till March 9,  as those shareholders of CMED will have till then to accept offer of about $24 per share.

So 3.5 months till this thing gets resolved the easy way..... then a hostile take over..... that could drive up CMED,  I think that is what CMED managment is thinking..... I think it is a big game of chicken......
