Differece was the purse co was shutting down, which we see by the site being stopped, no money coming in for sales there, a random mega reversal of sales on the financials and needed to get money to keep the lights on..... need to offer a huge discount, why would anyone risk money for a failed purse / eyeglass company?

Now, we had funds come in, stock was running, new BOD with traction and we deflate the price with a 2/3's PP? 
 

The ONLY good thing i read from that NR, k 2 things.... there is an acceleration clause at 50 cents.... incentive to run it?  and it is for a decent chunk of money which you can acquire a legit business.... not like issuing shares of a ecomm company that ....
