RE:RE:RE:RE:News Out on MEZZI HOLDINGS (V.MZI)I'd add a third good thing and that is that the pp is being issued so quickly. We knew they needed cash and apparently they did too. The fact that they are getting the ball rolling so quickly is a positive. If I'm feeling generous, I'd say that the ridiculous .20 level was prolly negotiated before they realized that the post-consolidation enthusiasm for the stock would take it to the .30 level. Makes no sense (or money) to shareholders to wack the price like that, but maybe they had to take a guess at the level and stick to it. If they'd have chosen .30 and the price was .19 it would have been quite a challenge to fill the pp.
