Finally gave up after more than a decade

Finally gave up after more than a decade
I think I may have accounted for the total volume on Wednesday. I know, sold it very cheap, but the management is hopeless. I put all the profits in DIGAF, which went up 80% today. Not kidding.

I am still in many miners, sorry to have the abcourt holders, I may be back , but not until Hinse is gone.

I have lots of picks  I love the miners right now, ready to pop next year and very undervalued. I reco that you buy at least 5 or 6 different ones as mining is inherently risky. I like CDE, USAS, KGILF, ASM, and AXU would be a nice basket of highly leveraged ones, and could explain why I think they are good.

Here is one more with the why I have been loading up on this one, Marlin Gold.

Word of warning, this is a pretty illiquid stock and in a metal downturn may be very hard to divest, so why is it illiquid? Because Wexford Capital which is underwriting everything they do owns around 85% of the shares and is not trading them at all, they OWN them. They are backing all the financing needs as they expand into new properties with favorable terms for Marlin. This is sort of like a First Mining without the dilution needs for financing and with 2 actual close to operational mines. 1 already is and quite profitably.

Oh, that is not all, they are going to spin out free shares in mid December if as planned to all Marlin stockholders, shares of their Sailfish royality holdings on some other producing mines they have rights to that are already in production including one by El Dorado Gold. The other royalty deal, they will get 40% of the gold produced at a price of around 700/ounce for the first 20 million in value to Marlin, and 20% at 700 dollars thereafter until the mine closes, years from now. ONce more, THEY ARE BUYING THE GOLD FOR 700 DOLLARS/OUNCE. If you own Marlin now, you will soon own shares in Sailfish, sometime in late November or early December is the rumor. The Sailfish shares will return value with a dividend. It is set up to do so by Wexford to pay them back. They will have 3 employees and just collect the royalties. It is estimated that the value of Sailfish alone is worth more than Marlin sells for today and I think by itself trade for over a dollar eventually, then more than that.

OH, and thats not all. They have a third property, a silver one in Mexico they just bought, with Wexford backing, that they think will be a district scale situation located in silver country with huge operating mines surrounding their giant land package in Mexico. If I had to guess, Wexford will finance it cheaply into production, and Sailfish which is the free shares on the way, will get the royalties to it, and pay shareholders back.

This is very unique. No other position out there like this one currently in my opinion. Highly prospective giant land holdings for expansion and exploration with 2, maybe soon 3 producing mines in the Americas including one in Nevada and a fully set to go royalty with royalty checks coming sometime next year company to boot.

Again, this is not for grandma's retirement. I like to do research, and then swing for the fences. I have had quite a bit of success, and a few whiffs too, but my ratio has been very, very good. This fits that description I believe and has basically a bank backing it to boot. ONe more thing, I am a patient investor. When I take a position like this, it is not for it to go up tomorrow. It could in fact drop, then I would probably buy more....

Here is a slightly older research report predicting over 2 dollar US price per share back then, it is better now imho and currently at less than 0.60.
