Yes -- if I see him selling his debs then I think I'd jump ship immediately.  I do wonder if insiders are selling the common because they see it as a distinct possibility that the debs (or interest on them) will eventually be converted into equity.  

Speaking of Fortress:  What do you think of the 2019s now in the mid 80's?  There have been some hiccups recently and I'm kicking myself for not selling some commons up near $8.  But I think the 2019s are reasonably safe.
