RE:RE:RE:more newsNot quite.  While the news release was lacking details, I suspect that additional payments to The Stars Group would only be required if
1.  SG has to increase its bid above $2.40; or
2.  WH makes a superior bid and SG decides to accept the WH deal.

In other words, if the final tender price is above $2.40, then The Stars Group would be in line for a percentage of the increase.
